The emphasis in the restaurant is on homemade local seasonal produce, where possible sourced from the estate. The courtyard gardens, filled with lavender, rose, apple, and rosemary make their way onto your plate. The recently restored 2.5 acre kitchen garden and orangery provides produce for the restaurant.
