Whether you are learning to fly with us here at Yorkshire Helicopters or just stumbled across our training resources section, we hope you find it useful

When you first start out on your journey to becoming a helicopter pilot, it may seem that there is a lot to learn and remember, not only practically but in order to pass the theoretical knowledge examinations and then moving forward with your flying, trying to stay on top of and improving your knowledge. The amount of information you need to learn can seem daunting.

In fact, it’s not as bad as you might think. Training is structured so you learn the right things at the right time and we are always thinking of the best way to get as much information across in the easiest to absorb way.

These training resources are free to use, whether you’re learning to become a helicopter pilot with us here in Yorkshire or indeed becoming a pilot elsewhere, fixed wing or helicopter. We’ll be adding more as we identify some of the more problematic areas.
